Baumy Media (“Baumy Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at www.baumymedia.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have regarding your information.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Baumy Media provides out-of-home (OOH) advertising, digital media placement, and display technology solutions, including TOWR™ indoor smart billboards, digital signage networks, screen installation and management, content scheduling, and social media marketing services for local businesses, retail locations, hospitality venues, and high-traffic commercial spaces.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and through your communications with us. It does not cover audience analytics, ad impression data, or third-party venue interactions collected through displayed advertisements or partner networks, which are governed by separate agreements and the privacy notices of the respective business partners or platform providers.

2. Information We Collect

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and through your communications with us. It does not cover the transaction-level data processed at ATMs or kiosks operated for our clients, which is governed by separate agreements and the privacy notices of the relevant financial institutions.

Information you provide to us. We collect information you voluntarily submit, such as when you fill out a contact or quote request form, subscribe to communications, or contact us by email or phone. This may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, job title, and the contents of any message or request you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including your IP address, browser type and settings, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third parties such as analytics providers, advertising partners, and business contacts, and combine it with information we already hold.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, financial account credentials, or other sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not submit such information through our forms.

3. Categories of Personal Information (Last 12 Months)

Consistent with California law, the categories of personal information we may have collected in the preceding 12 months are: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, and IP address); commercial information (such as services you have inquired about); internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing and interaction data); geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP address); and professional or employment-related information (such as your company and job title). We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 2.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and service requests;
  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
  • communicate with you about our products, services, offers, and events (where permitted by law);
  • personalize your experience and understand how the Site is used;
  • conduct analytics, research, and marketing measurement;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer relationship management, and marketing, who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • Affiliates. With companies within the Baumy Group family of businesses.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
  • Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BaumTech, our users, or others.

Some sharing of online identifiers with advertising and analytics partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out of this activity as described in Sections 7 and 8.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support marketing. Cookies may be session-based (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (remaining until they expire or you delete them).

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though some features of the Site may not function properly if you do. Where required, we present a cookie banner allowing you to manage non-essential cookies.

We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) that use cookies to help us understand how visitors use the Site. You can learn about opting out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for DNT, so the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar opt-out preference signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others) may have similar rights, including the right to appeal a denied request.

When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.

11. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
